Claim Process
Contact Customer Service: To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer service within the warranty period, providing your order number and a description of the issue.
Return the Item: Once your claim is confirmed, please return the item along with its original packaging and tags to our designated address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Processing Time: We will process your return or exchange request within 7 business days of receiving the returned item and will provide a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
